We visited the site to verify the viability of the project.

Basic Project
Topographic and geotechnical study of the land, as well as a logistical feasibility study to determine the appropriate foundation for your home.
We verify regulations with your city council
Creating plans and distributing them according to your preferences
We make 3D images so you can see what your house will be like before building it.
Application for a license to the city council
Executive Project
Selection of equipment and finishes: cabinets, kitchen, bathrooms, carpentry, lighting, etc.
Technical documentation: structural calculations, installations, energy efficiency study, etc.
Urban development and landscaping study of the plot. (optional)
Interior design studio, personalized decoration (optional)
Construction
Once the license is obtained, we proceed to:
Purchase of materials
Manufacturing of the home in our facility
Setup of temporary utilities (water, electricity)
Foundation, installation prep, fencing, and access to the plot
We provide weekly reports on the progress of your home
4 Months
Transport and Installation
Transport of the modules and installation on the plot
Connection of utilities and final finishes
Extras: pool, landscaping, interior design, etc.
